Responsibilities:

UI, ICONs, Environment, Character designing
Experience writing clear and concise specs, user flows, and feature documentation
Experience building in-game content designed to appeal to a specific audience
Deep understanding of basic economy balance and tuning
Designing compelling game mechanics, level planning and designing
Conceptualizing and developing characters, rules, settings and stories
Working with the Programming Team to implement game mechanics
Knowledge of mobile free-to-play game monetization and advertising techniques.
Pitching game ideas, designs and taking ownership of projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating hyper/hybrid/casual games (added advantage)
Design and rendering 2D assets and other User Interface elements (added advantage)

Preferred Skills:

Unity 3d experience must
Maya/Blender
Advanced level Photoshop Skills
Knowledge of the mobile game market, trends, competition, platforms, and app stores
