We are looking for a talented and passionate 3D Art Director with a flair for stylized art to lead our art team and bring our creative vision to life.Position: 3D Art Director (Stylized Art)Location: [Bangalore] OnsiteEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: As the 3D Art Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the 3D visual style of our mid-core MOBA Game. You will work hands-on initially and eventually evolve lead and mentor a team of 3D artists, collaborating closely with game designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the visual elements align with the overall game design and enhance the player experience. Your expertise in stylized 3D art will be crucial in creating visually stunning and cohesive game worlds.Key Responsibilities:

• Art Direction: Establish and maintain the 3D visual style and quality for our mid-core fantasy mobile games, ensuring a cohesive and immersive player experience.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3D artists, including modelers, texture artists, riggers, and animators, to achieve the highest artistic standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with game designers, developers, and producers to integrate 3D art and design seamlessly, ensuring that visual elements support gameplay and narrative objectives.
• Concept Development: Oversee the creation of 3D models, environments, characters, and visual effects that align with the game\'s artistic vision.
• Quality Assurance: Review and provide feedback on 3D art assets, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to the established art style.
• Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, integrating new techniques and tools to enhance the visual quality and efficiency of the 3D art production pipeline.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain 3D art style guides, ensuring that all team members and external partners understand and adhere to the visual direction.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in 3D art development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.
• Individual Contribution: Produce high-quality 3D art assets and contribute directly to the game\'s visual content, setting a standard for the team through your exceptional craftsmanship.
• Stylized Art: Demonstrated expertise in creating and directing stylized 3D art, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to develop visually striking and cohesive art styles.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of 3D artists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard 3D art tools and software, such as Maya, ZBrush, Blender, and Unity/Unreal Engine.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate artistic vision and provide constructive feedback.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
