In this role, you will work closely with our IT Business Systems Analysts and Business Stakeholders to deliver a world class experience on the Salesforce and Gainsight NXT platforms. Based on a deep understanding of CrowdStrike\xe2\x80\x99s Customer lifecycle, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing processes and configuration that align with strategic business initiatives. This role is an important piece of CrowdStrike\xe2\x80\x99s customer-centric strategy, as driving the effectiveness of the platform will provide a superior customer onboarding experience and critical insights into product adoption and the overall health of our customer base.What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:Configure, deploy and administer the Gainsight platform (including system configuration, assistance with external integrations, reports, dashboards and workflows).Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and the impact on Gainsight.Serve as the frontline resource for internal end users to field questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
