Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Positioning- Create a strong, differentiated brand voice & identity that connects deeply with Gen Z & Millennials.- Ensure brand consistency across social media, app, website, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.- Track brand perception, consumer sentiment, and competitor moves-then use insights to refine our approach.Content & Social Media Strategy- Lead end-to-end content planning-from content pillars to execution, ensuring every piece aligns with brand positioning.- Develop a high-impact social media strategy to grow our audience and deepen engagement.Influencer & Community Marketing- Build and execute influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility.- Own the creator partnership strategy-identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with trendsetters.Data, Insights & Experimentation- Use market research and audience insights to shape content, campaigns, and brand decisions.- Monitor trends in the D2C, social media, and digital marketing space to keep Furrl ahead of the curve.Consumer Engagement & Growth- Craft compelling customer communication strategies to increase retention and brand loyalty.- Work closely with the Growth team on brand collaborations, partnerships, and viral marketing strategies.
