Job description:
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Sales Head who will be responsible for leading our store, driving revenue growth, managing a high-performance sales team, and implementing innovative sales strategies in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the store
Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals
Create and maintain a high-performance sales culture
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
Implement sales training and development programs
Business Strategy
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Develop strategic plans to increase market share
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Create targeted marketing and sales initiatives
Develop customer segmentation strategies
Revenue Management
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Manage branch-level profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities
Develop and manage sales budgets
Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional customer service standards
Develop customer retention strategies
Manage complex customer interactions
Handle escalations and high-value client relationships
Team Management
Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
Build a motivated and high-performing sales team

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
4-8 years of sales leadership experience in furniture, home decor, or retail
Proven track record of sales team management
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
