Position: Furniture Production Supervisor Location: Lucknow, UP Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily furniture production operations, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing. - Implement and manage production schedules to meet targets. - Ensure all products meet our high-quality standards through regular inspections. - Supervise and manage a team of production workers, providing training and performance evaluations. - Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with procurement for timely material supply. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety. - Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for senior management.
