Job Summary:

We're looking for a young, dynamic, and detail-oriented Studio Furniture Assembler with experience in interior design, client handling, and customer relations in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Hyderabad studio, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Hyderabad studio

- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and architects

- Provide expert interior design advice and solutions to clients

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops

- Collaborate with the design team to create customized furniture solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in sales, interior design, or a related field in the furniture industry

- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, furniture, and materials

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in design software and CRM systems

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Pay: From ?15,965.18 per month
