Position: Funnel Builder
Department: Automation/Performance Marketing
Location: Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Funnel Design: Develop end-to-end sales funnels, including landing pages, email automation, and checkout processes, tailored to specific campaigns.
• Optimization: Monitor funnel performance, analyze data, and optimize for higher lead generation and conversion rates.
• Tool Utilization: Work with platforms like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Kartra, or similar tools to create effective funnels.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems, payment gateways, and email marketing platforms.
• Collaboration: Partner with the creative, content, and marketing teams to align funnel strategies with campaign goals.
• A/B Testing: Conduct regular split tests on funnel elements such as CTAs, headlines, and layouts to improve performance.
• Reporting: Generate performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders on funnel effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with funnel-building tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Unbounce, WordPress).
• Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of sales psychology and customer journey mapping.
• Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze metrics and make data-informed decisions to enhance funnel performance.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to design visually appealing and conversion-optimized pages.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in funnel building, or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) for traffic generation.
• Knowledge of SEO, copywriting, and graphic design is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,361.68 - ?30,844.77 per month
