Job Description

As a Modular Furniture Factory Supervisor, you will oversee the production operations within our factory, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality output. Your role involves supervising a team of workers, managing production schedules, maintaining machinery, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Production: Direct and supervise the activities of factory workers engaged in modular furniture manufacturing. Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train production staff to optimize their performance and enhance their skills. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, cooperation, and productivity.
• Production Planning: Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for improved efficiency.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all modular furniture products meet or exceed company standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues related to product quality.
• Machine Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment. Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule routine servicing and address any breakdowns or malfunctions promptly.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and components required for production. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize production delays.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment for all factory employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or concerns promptly.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the production process. Implement measures to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on production metrics, including output volume, quality levels, and adherence to schedules. Provide updates to management on production status and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture production.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques, particularly in modular furniture production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,081.05 - ?25,164.96 per month
