In this role, you will use your expert communication skills and keen sense of initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns. By coordinating events, writing proposals, and you will hone your speaking, writing, and leadership abilities while moving closer to its financial goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• You would be a front-line campaigner to raise Funds for UNICEF India. Acquiring new donors, our team engages in events, company visits and outreach activities.
• A fundraiser would be responsible for achieving the expected target set by the organizationTravelling to different satellite cities for activities.
• To develop and implement a dynamic and effective donor plan in the region.
• Building relationships with existing donors.
• Researching and contacting potential donors through emails, phone contacts, letters, etc.Creating innovative ways and looking for Funding opportunities.
• Not only responsible for raising the funds necessary for operating our programs but also responsible for raising awareness of who we are and what we do.
• In addition he/she will provide relevant information concerning the value of giving, and the use of the gift/ donation honestly and effectively to help promote a culture of giving.
• Advising and reporting to the team leader promptly on fundraising performance and Identifying areas of risk and opportunities.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and consultative manner Innovative, Aggressive & Persistent. Leading & Coordinating fundraising awareness activities.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in any degree, We prefer in communications, business, public relations, Social Work or a related field.
• Confidence with public speaking.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Trivandrum District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
