Fundraiser
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Fundraiser to join our team at Need Base India. The ideal candidate will:
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors.
• Organize fundraising events and campaigns.
• Raise funds for our programs
• Connect CSR & Individual Donors
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in fundraising or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Passion for our mission and values.
Salary: INR 4.2 Lakhs per annum and incentives
