The Corporate Partnership (B2B) vertical is the most crucial segment of the Resource Mobilization section at Devbhumi Sportal Foundation, as it raises and manages 80% of the organization's resources. This position aims to establish partnerships with CSR Heads of corporates to raise funds for interventions in:
• Education
• Skill Development
• Healthcare
• Women Empowerment
• Scholarships
• Disaster Response
The incumbent will build relationships with CSR Heads to present various programs of Devbhumi Sportal Foundation. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with the program and program development teams for proposal creation, ideation, and joint pitching.
:
• Conceptualize, develop, maintain, and implement successful business development strategies under the CSR mandate of corporates, especially MNCs, to achieve the organization's overall objectives.
• Develop and nurture effective donor communication to build long-lasting relationships through regular reports, presentations, and meetings.
• Identify new income streams and produce strategies to implement initiatives, building new relationships with major corporates and brands, particularly with CSR Heads for long-term support.
• Design and develop fundraising strategies, including activities, online campaigns, and cause-related marketing.
• Work closely with the program team to develop proposals, concept notes, and pitch decks.
• Manage all donor engagement activities and compliances such as reporting, timely presentations, receipts, and UCs.
• Conduct continuous lead generation through extensive research and networking.
• Ensure the achievement of targets for both self and team.
• Ensure effective donor nurturing and engage corporate partners.
• Stay updated with developments and compliance in fundraising.
• Handle budgeting, planning, and ensuring high ROI activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Preferably an advanced university degree in marketing, international development/development studies, social sciences, or related fields.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in a business development (B2B) role with CSR-based fundraising experience.
Skills and Competencies:
• High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering impactful results.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Adept at achieving fundraising targets.
• Knowledge of CSR budgets and social campaign activities.
