:Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of NAV for Clients who have outsourced their Fund Accounting to JPM. This role involves understanding and executing end to end activities that comprises of performing pre-NAV activities, exceptions clearing and managing Client inquiries.Timely and appropriate escalation of actual/ potential delays and issues with the Supervisors and MgmtSubject Matter Expert for the team in terms of the domainIndividual contributor role to perform and review daily BAUAct as the 1st escalation point & ensure timely and appropriate escalation of actual/ potential delays and issues with the Supervisors and MgmtMain Duties and Responsibilities:As an Associate in Global Funds Services, you will :

• Oversee the day to day operations and completion of all deliverables on timely and accurately manner.

• Overall Domain Expert for the team to guide team for all queries and questions

• In depth knowledge of Accounting functions(CapStock/Expense/Distribution)

• Provide leadership & ownership for all escalations, audits, client due diligences etc.

• Develop and implement efficient and standardized workflows within the team with effective controls at various points of hand offs.

• Establish policies, procedures and guidelines which comply with internal and external controls to ensure that the statements and work to continuously strengthen the controls environment

• Consistently assess Training Needs for the team to ensure effective cross trainings reported through Skills Metrics

• Ensure Stakeholder Management with onshore and Governance teams through effective Service Delivery and proactive approach towards client requirements

• Establish policies, procedures and guidelines which comply with internal and external controls to ensure that the statements and work to continuously strengthen the controls environment
