Job Summary

As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in securing financial support for our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission and programs.

Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify potential donors and funding opportunities Write grant proposals and manage the grant application process Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans Utilize databases and tools like Raiser's Edge for donor management Engage in public relations activities to promote fundraising campaigns Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners Provide excellent customer service to donors and stakeholders

Skills

Proficient in research methods for donor identification Experience in grant writing and managing grant applications Strong strategic planning abilities for fundraising initiatives Knowledge of fundraising techniques and best practices Familiarity with databases, particularly Raiser's Edge Excellent public relations skills to market fundraising campaigns effectively Ability to cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders Demonstrated customer service skills to engage effectively with supporters
