Job Summary
This position is responsible for raising timely funds as per the business requirements. Broad Roles and Responsibilities
\xe2\x9d\x96 Exposure to Multilateral/Offshore entities.
\xe2\x9d\x96 Exposure to Corporate banking/financial markets.
\xe2\x9d\x96 Exposure to Domestic & International rating exercise.
\xe2\x9d\x96 Prepare/Analysis of CMA Data (Credit Monitoring Arrangement).
\xe2\x9d\x96 Knowledge on diversified products \xe2\x80\x93 International PTC/DA, NCD, RDB, ECB, transactions, etc.,
\xe2\x9d\x96 Exposure in raising funds from FPIs, DFC, HNI, Mutual Funds, Family Offices. \xe2\x9d\x96 Fund raising exposure from new investors avenues including European and Japanese markets, etc.,
\xe2\x9d\x96 Lead on development of new funding streams.
\xe2\x9d\x96 Understanding of Ind-AS financials/Ratios/Regulatory standards.
\xe2\x9d\x96 Understanding on ALM, Business Projections, MIS, Budgeting.
\xe2\x9d\x96 Interpersonal and Analytical skills. Mandatory Skills Knowledge of the fundraising environment.
Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously, take initiative and make decisions.
Proven ability to build, manage and develop key stakeholder.
Strong leadership skills.Background

• Experience in financial analytics would be an added advantage.
• Preferably 3-6 years of experience.
• Experience in NBFCs and NBFC-MF
