POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Maintain the accounting records of client portfolios (trades, expenses, accruals, etc.).
• Prepare Cash, Trade, and Portfolio reconciliations for client portfolios.
• Analyze discrepancies and prepare emails summarizing the discrepancies.
• Develop a professional and productive relationship with clients and FSI staff.
• Keep management informed of any and all issues that could have a client impact.
• Work to continually improve the processes associated with your assigned functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Technical
• Above average MS office & basic computer skills.
Work Experience
• No experience will be required. We will provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Some Accounting experience preferred.
Soft Skills
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Quick learner.
• Ability to work as an effective member of a team.
• Excellent client service skills.
Education
• M.COM
• MBA Finance
