Role DescriptionThe Functional Lead - DGRSE (Data Governance, Risk and Service Escalation) drives committed outcomes, accountability, and visibility across operations. The role ensures they have defined KPIs, associated targets and ongoing monitoring with deep dive data analysis where appropriate.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the wider DGRSE leadership team in driving and supervising progress against the DSOs by providing business insight & analysis for the key critical metrics. Ensure the DSO dashboard is updated monthly with the performance scores and commentary.Ownership of the Service Escalation performance framework, handling committed outcomes, performance, viability and tracking of all SE related KPIs. Driving the monthly review meetings with the SE LT, identifying the gaps in monthly KPI performance and supervise the path to green plan.Working closely with key partners to keep them updated of committed KPI performance, provide support and analysis on critical metrics where needed, agree any new or updated KPIs as needed. Identify analysis requirements (operational and performance data, voice of the customer, etc.) to (a) understand the drivers of customer experience and (b) recommend potential improvements.Work closely with the PE wider team (DBQA & Reporting, Analytics Capabilities & Practices) to specify reporting, dashboards and associated required as needed to support DGRSE. Partner with COO Business Operations leads to facilitate the flow of information regarding Performance, Events, Activities and Deliverables.PE Risk Champion responsibilities include: 1. Establish first line risk processes within the Division for risk identification and assessment to support risk-based decisions, 2. Perform reviews of areas of emerging risk and potential control gaps to identify issues for the business to remediate; document and share analysis with business collaborators entering issues and action plans, 3. Make recommendations to improve the quality of the first level control device and ensure the implementation of these recommendations in a timely manner.Desired Knowledge and Skills:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or, any similar field!Strong organisation and facilitation skills along with the ability to handle a wide network of partners, and the ability influence and establish relationships. Familiarity with analytics, defining KPI/Metric measurements, data analysis and visualization. Ability to work proactively, with strong interpersonal skills across all levels of staff.Must be self-motivated, resourceful, multifaceted (able to respond to changing priorities) and able to work with minimal direction within a wider team across locations. Understanding of D&A Customer Operations and DGRSE a benefit.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong Microsoft office knowledge (excel, PowerPoint).
