• Education: Graduate in IT
• Degree / Diploma in Business Management
• 4-5 years experience in Sales IT
• Excellent MS-Office and Power points skills
• Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English

What will be your key responsibilities?

• 1. DMS, SFA and other sales systems Management -

  • Overseeing functioning of the Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Sales Force Automation and other sales systems
  • Ensuring new developments in current systems for improved functionality
  • Providing end to end support right from onboarding to daily functioning to channel partners.
  • Responsible for end to end delivery of solution including planning, resourcing, requirements gathering, managing delivery, UAT, rollout and user training
  • Tracking & reporting Sales, Inventory and Scheme Utilization and other usage reports
  • Conduct various training sessions for sales officers to improve their IT capability

  2. Service Delivery

  • Engage with business to document business processes & extract requirements. Review, edit and analyze requirements specifications and recommend best IT solutions

  Work with vendors, global Tech. organization and local stakeholders to ensure support is provided to end users within defined SLA

  Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
