Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients \' symptoms, dietary habits, lifestyle factors . Develop personalized food, nutrition and lifestyle plans based on gut microbiome testing results and individual health goals. Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure progress towards health objectives . Educate and consult clients on the importance of gut health and how it influences overall wellness, including immune function, mood, and energy levels. Stay abreast of the latest research in gut health , microbiome science , and nutritional therapy to provide evidence - based recommendations . Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team , including Functional medicine doctor, nutrigenomics team . Track client progress and outcomes, providing reports and insights to the team to improve service delivery. Participate in workshops, webinars, and public speaking events to promote the importance of gut health and the services . Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. A Master\'s degree or certification in Functional Medicine or Nutritional Therapy is highly desirable. Minimum of 3 years of experience in nutritional counseling, with specific experience in gut health and the microbiome . Strong understanding of the human microbiome and its impact on health and disease . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to motivate and inspire clients . Proficient in using digital health platforms and tools for health coaching and data analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast - paced, dynamic environment .
