Complimento, a growing fashion jewelry brand, is looking for a creative Content Strategist with 1-3 years of experience in content strategy and digital marketing to join our team! You will be responsible for planning content strategies, developing creative ideas, and ensuring the brand's voice is reflected across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.

What we need:

• 1-3 years of experience in content strategy and digital marketing (preferably in fashion or lifestyle)
• Strong creative ideas for social media content
• Ability to plan and execute content themes
• Close collaboration with design and marketing teams
• Hindi + English writing skills for a casual, engaging tone

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Content Strategy: Plan and execute content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms, ensuring the brand's voice is consistent and engaging.

Create Creative Ideas: Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for social media campaigns and content themes that resonate with our audience.

Brand Representation: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure that content reflects Complimento's identity and drives engagement.

Content Planning: Plan weekly and monthly content calendars, focusing on creative concepts, storytelling, and brand voice.

Collaboration with Teams: Coordinate with designers and marketers to create visual and written content that aligns with our brand's vision.

Monitor Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing, fashion jewelry, and digital marketing to ensure content is relevant and engaging.

Salary Bracket: INR 25,000 - 45,000 (open for the right candidate)
