Senior Manager Purchase
We are looking for a Sr Manager Purchase for a leading Hospitality Group
Job Profile:
- Expertise & proficiency in centralize procurement process at PAN India level.
- Selecting products eligible for centralize contract by analyzing consumption of the group.
- He Should be hands on experience for sourcing and developing products directly from Source.
- Expertise in supervising procurement operations like receiving goods, documentation & ensuring optimum inventory level.
- Expertise in Unit Tendering Process starting from specification finalization till Award & Contract.
- Monitoring the Unit requirements and safeguarding fulfilment as well as working towards audit compliance checks and ensuring gaps are closed.
- Evaluating Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with the selected vendors, price & technical specifications & ensuring timely completion of pending PO.
- He should be master in hotel operational procurements & having knowledge of Capex procurement is preferable.
- Preference to be given for having experience on Tracking & Closing AMC of the group.
- Timely generation and tracking of MIS report of the department and accuracy in documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of Purchase experience (From a reputed chain of hotels preferably from a corporate role)
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Strategic Sourcing & procurement. Must have Hotel CAPEX Purchase experience.
