SAP FICO Lead Consultant

Senior SAP FICO Consultant:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional with a minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record encompassing various aspects of SAP FICO, including end-to-end implementations, consulting, migration, upgrades, rollouts, and ongoing support across diverse project landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Experience of at least 4 - 5 end-to-end full cycle implementations (from blue printing, realization, go live to production support) of S/4HANA Greenfield /Migration projects in complex landscape as Team Lead

- Should have excellent configuration and training skills in the areas of GL, AP, AR, Bank, FBCJ, Asset Accounting, Org Structure mapping, EBS, Auditing, BRS, Group Reporting, Current and Non-Current Reporting

- Configuration of Pricing Procedures and Taxes of Company, Company Code, Business Area, Segments, Chart of Account, Parallel Ledger, Controlling Cost Element Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Product Costing, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis.

- Should have thorough knowledge of FICO Legacy data migration like Customer, Vendor master, Open Items for AP/ AR, Assets, GL and Controlling data

- Hands-on experience in Integration with various modules like SD, PP, PS, MM, HCM Payroll and etc.

IMG Configuration based on business requirements:

- Must be able to independently handle Key users & Business, take requirements and independently provide SAP solution in terms of configuration, testing, UT & IT and support issues after go-live.

- Additional experience desirable in the area of FSCM, Funds Management, Treasury, Contract and Lease Management and Controlling

- Should have experience in working with global customers having operations in multiple countries.

- Good in communication and onshore/offshore delivery model

Requirements :

- Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field; SAP certifications are advantageous.

- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.

- Proven track record in handling complex SAP FICO projects, especially S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
