Full-Stack WordPress Website Developer

Job Overview: We're seeking a skilled full-stack WordPress developer to create and maintain custom websites for our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong focus on WordPress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive WordPress websites from concept to completion
• Customize existing WordPress themes or create custom themes as needed
• Develop and integrate custom WordPress plugins
• Implement and configure content management systems
• Ensure website security, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and implement requested features
• Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and support for existing websites
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and WordPress best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in WordPress development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with WordPress theme development and customization
• Familiarity with popular WordPress plugins and frameworks
• Knowledge of responsive design principles
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Scope of Work: The developer will be responsible for the entire website development process, including:

• Planning and Design:
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements
• Create wireframes and mockups
• Design user interfaces and user experiences
• Development:
• Set up WordPress installations and environments
• Develop custom themes or modify existing ones
• Create and integrate custom plugins as needed
• Implement responsive designs for mobile and desktop
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Testing and Deployment:
• Conduct thorough testing across different devices and browsers
• Optimize website performance and loading times
• Ensure proper security measures are in place
• Deploy websites to production environments
• Maintenance and Support:
• Provide ongoing updates and security patches
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting
• Implement new features and improvements as requested

The ideal candidate will be able to handle all aspects of website creation, from initial concept to final deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high-quality, fully functional WordPress websites for our clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
