And now we're hiring a developer who can help us bring the digital side of our experience to life - with the same care and craft we bring to our physical spaces.If you care about thoughtful design, clear user journeys, and creating something real, this role might be for you.What you'll buildYou'll own 3 core products:Sales Assist Platform xe2x80x93 Used by our onsite sales team to walk buyers through the site, match homes to lots, and guide them through initial customization.E-commerce Platform xe2x80x93 A customer-facing app where buyers make deeper customizations xe2x80x94 choosing finishes, schemes, add-ons, and upgrades.WebsiteWhat success looks like (first 90 days)These platforms need to be beautiful, mobile-optimized, and scalable. We want V3 of our Sales Assist platform and a V1 of our e-commerce experience up and running within 3 months.What you bring (requirements)3+ years of experience in full-stack developmentProficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and Next.jsStrong backend skills with Node.js, Express.js, or PythonExperience with AWS, MongoDB, and modern deployment stacks (Vercel, CI/CD)Knowledge of payment gateways, web scraping, and data integrationStartup or early-stage company experience (you're used to ambiguity, speed, and wearing multiple hats)Ability to ship without hand-holding xe2x80x94 self-starter mentalityBonus: background in real estate, health/wellness, or experience working on internal tool and VR frameworksWhy Join Us?
