: Senior Full Stack Developer

Position: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Coimbatore

Responsibilities:

? Lead and mentor technical teams in the development of high-quality software

products.

? Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of

milestones.

? Identify project risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

? Monitor and track project progress, reporting on status to stakeholders.

? Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to

ensure alignment with business goals.

? Hands-on development using Node.js and expertise in Frontend frameworks.

? Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a

collaborative environment.

? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve

team processes and product quality.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related

field (or equivalent experience).

? 4-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a

Senior Developer or Team Lead role.

? Proven hands-on experience with Node.js and proficiency in Frontend

frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

? Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and design

patterns.

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced

environment.

? Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical

concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

? Experience in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version

control tools (Git, SVN).
