Job Title: Full-Stack Marketing Developer

Company Overview: We are a diversified portfolio of US-based companies operating primarily in healthcare and real estate. Our real estate portfolio includes investments, property management, and both long-term and short-term residential rentals.

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Marketing Developer who can leverage their technical expertise in Next.js and WordPress, combined with a strong understanding of digital marketing, to create highly optimized web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development
• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance websites and applications using Next.js and WordPress.
• Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Build reusable, optimized, and maintainable code for future use across platforms.
• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Digital Marketing Integration
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, CRM systems).
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows, tracking pixels, and analytics dashboards.
• Ensure smooth integration of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies with website functionalities.
• Technical SEO & Performance Optimization
• Perform on-page SEO, technical SEO audits, and implement best practices to improve site visibility.
• Ensure websites meet Core Web Vitals and other performance metrics for enhanced user experience.
• Collaborative Strategy Development
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure web strategies align with marketing objectives.
• Provide insights on user journey enhancements and improve conversion rate optimization (CRO) through UX/UI adjustments.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Regularly update and maintain existing websites, ensuring security, stability, and smooth functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise and stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Next.js, React, and WordPress development.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, A/B testing platforms).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing principles.
• Experience
• 3+ years of experience in web development, particularly with Next.js and WordPress.
• Demonstrated experience integrating websites with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Other Skills
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with headless CMS solutions.
• Experience in CRO, UX/UI best practices, and website analytics.
• Knowledge of HealthCare Sector and system integrations.

Pay: ?46,500.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
