Proficiency in React.js and related libraries Extensive experience with ASP.Net and .Net Core for backend development. Frontend Development : Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, ensuring high performance and an engaging user experience. State Management : Implement Redux or similar state management libraries to maintain application state on the client side, enabling efficient data handling. Backend Development : Develop robust and scalable server-side applications and RESTful APIs using ASP.Net and .Net Core, ensuring data integrity and security. Database Integration : Integrate and work with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) for data storage and retrieval. Optimize database queries and manage data models effectively. API Development : Build, test, and document APIs that interact seamlessly with the frontend, ensuring they are well-documented and adhere to best practices. The Successful Applicant Frontend Technologies : Proficiency in React.js and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router). Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript ES6+. Backend Technologies : Extensive experience with ASP.Net and .Net Core for backend development. Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation. Database Management : Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and SQL query optimization. Ability to design and maintain efficient database schemas. Version Control : Proficiency in Git and Git workflows. Experience with tools like GitHub or Bitbucket for version control and collaboration. Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in both frontend and backend components. Security : Awareness of web application security best practices and experience in implementing security measures in both frontend and backend layers. Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering on sprint goals. Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders. Performance Optimization : Proficiency in optimizing web application performance and understanding of web performance best practices. Bachelor\'s Degree : A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
