The Trainer - Data Analyst is responsible for conducting live learning sessions, delivering training on data analysis techniques, guiding and mentoring learners, providing doubt-solving support, and offering resume and LinkedIn profile guidance. The Trainer - Data Analyst will also assist with placement assistance for learners.Responsibilities
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, such as presentations, exercises, and case studies.
- Conduct live online training sessions.
- Assess learners progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical projects and give them the grades to improve with detailed feedback
- Conducting mock interviews of learners and giving them the grades to improve with detailed feedback
- Provide feedback and support to learners to help them achieve their learning objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve training materials and methods based on learner feedback.
- Training Sales executives on product roadmap and course offerings
- You will continually upgrade the syllabus that covers various aspects of data analysis, from basic to advanced levels according to industry standards.
- Strong knowledge and experience in data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and guide learners effectively
- Experience in conducting training sessions
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience with placement assistance for learners is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in training in Data Analyst, Data Scientist domains
- Day shift
