Ek Tara is seeking a passionate and driven Full time Computer Teacher who will be responsible for instructing students while adhering to the school's curriculum guidelines, preparing lesson plans, grading assignments, and communicating with parents and school administrators, maintaining a safe and welcoming educational environment, providing emotional and academic support to students, and leading extracurricular activities.

Ek Tara, is a registered trust located in Kolkata, India working towards facilitating the integration of urban marginalized communities focused on the girl child through education and comprehensive development.

Create a well-prepared curriculum that promotes active learning and independence.

Well versed with coding and programming.

Present computer materials and lessons effectively, adapting to the unique needs and interests of each child.

Observe and document children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school administrators.

Foster a sense of community and respect within the classroom, encouraging cooperation and social development.

Engage in professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest education techniques and philosophies.

Skills:

• Proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer science.
• Proficient in programming languages & coding. .

Relevant certifications and training in teaching methodologies and techniques.

Experience teaching students with above skills and abilities.

Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Commitment to student academic success and personal development.

Timings: 8:45am to 5.30 pm

Experience: Minimum 2 years in computer teaching
