Job summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Customized Cake Baker to join our team. In this role, you will craft exquisite, personalized cakes for a variety of occasions, including birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a keen eye for design, and the ability to bring clients' visions to life with skill and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Baking & Decorating: Prepare, bake, and decorate customized cakes from scratch according to customer specifications, ensuring a high standard of taste and presentation.
• Cake Design & Decoration: Use fondant, whipping cream, edible prints, and other decorating techniques to design and decorate cakes that are both visually appealing and delicious.
• Cleaning & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Experience required in baking cakes, baking bread, crumb coating, cake icing and minimum fondant work.
