Key Responsibilities:
• Training Delivery:
• Conduct live training sessions on front-end and back-end web development topics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Simplify complex concepts and provide real-world examples to enhance understanding.
• Mentorship and Guidance:
• Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to learners, addressing technical queries and career-related questions.
• Support learners in preparing for interviews and building strong portfolios.
• Hands-On Projects:
• Assist learners in developing full-stack projects, from design to deployment.
• Review and provide feedback on project work to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Curriculum Development:
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to design and update content, ensuring alignment with industry trends and requirements.
• Integrate best practices for responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Career Preparation:
• Guide learners in creating resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and GitHub portfolios.
• Share insights into the hiring process and current market demands for full-stack developers.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and share relevant insights with learners.
• Participate in technical discussions, webinars, and community events to enhance the program's quality.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Expertise in back-end technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git), deployment strategies, and cloud platforms.
• Previous mentoring or teaching experience is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of TypeScript, GraphQL, or WebSocket communication.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and design patterns.
