Job Summary: We seek an experienced Full-Stack Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and a passion for teaching. The Full-Stack Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs in full-stack development, ensuring that participants gain practical skills and knowledge in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training programs and curriculum for full-stack development, covering languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and hands-on coding exercises for learners of varying skill levels.
• Assess and evaluate participant progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in full-stack development to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals and learner needs.
• Create and maintain instructional materials, including presentations, documentation, and online resources.
• Mentor and support learners outside of formal training sessions through Q&A and coding challenges.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a technical capacity is preferred.
• Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, databases).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts understandably.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping others succeed in their learning journeys.
• Relevant certifications in web development or teaching are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
