The responsibilities of technical leads include working with developers to ensure quality network frameworks, mentoring junior level staff, and identifying issues that affect product delivery.As a technical lead, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies. Technical lead should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.:l 7+ years of exp. Strong in designing and develop web application from scratch and can build strong foundation using Java, HTML5, and CSS3, Bootstrap, Angularl Strong in designing and develop web application from scratch and can build strong foundation using modern framework.l Software expert who understands design decisions and reviews technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. In charge of Quality Assurance together with the tech lead.l Support developers to solve issues, finding the optimal solutionl Code review and optimizationl Solid working experience in Java, Java-EE & microservices development skills.l Solid understanding of the collections frameworks & entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.l Write clean code to develop functional web applications/services - web services using HTTP REST/JSON and SOAPl Significant experience with the Spring Framework (Persistence, REST, Messaging, Integrations) such as Spring Bootl Significant experience on core features of Spring such as Dependency Injection, cross-cutting patterns, Spring Security etc.l Working experience in database (postgress, oracle etc)l In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)l Experience with Angular Framework, JavaScript, and CSS.l Comprehensive knowledge of Web design patterns and front end technologies like HTML5, JQuery and MVC framework like spring and Spring-Boot.l Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logicl Hand-on experience with unit testing and working with continuous integration environment life cyclesl Exposure to working with Docker & Kafka or any messaging systeml Excellent communication skills with the ability to solicit and formalize requirements and work with end users/customers.l Ability to work in a semi-structured environment where requirements and priorities are dynamic.l Experience with agile/scrum/kanban development methodology.l Able to understand the technical landscape and provide the relevant solutionsl Strong Database knowledge with knowledge of performance tuning techniquesl Digital/Cloud technology awareness will be an added advantagel Analyze, Design and build Microservices applications including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.l Design and build lightweight architecture on Microservicesl Helps to solve the technical problems or doubts that the developers may have.l Support technical lead in the application deployments in different environmentsl Ability to create High-Level and Low-Level Design.l Well versed with SOLID and other Design Principles.l Must be involved actively in Code-Review activities.l Ability to provide solution to the complex problems and work closely with enterprise architects.l Min 4+ Years of experience with Strong lead experience in creating Angular frameworks.l Experience in Web development, Responsive UI.
