Summary of Duties The Serve team combines the expertise of operational and service transformation professionals who connect and empower our people and customers through innovative service experiences. The incumbent will join a dynamic team, which is accountable to deliver solutions for internal users helping Sales and Service Transformation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent of this position is a full stack software developer responsible for front-end and back-end coding and who is willing to learn automation tools and get involved in front-end automation. Main Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Developing front-end website architecture. \xef\x82\xb7 Designing user interactions on web pages. \xef\x82\xb7 Developing back-end applications. \xef\x82\xb7 Creating servers and databases for functionality. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring responsiveness of applications. \xef\x82\xb7 Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. \xef\x82\xb7 Designing and developing APIs. \xef\x82\xb7 Meeting both technical and consumer needs. \xef\x82\xb7 Staying abreast of developments in programming languages. Skills / competencies: \xef\x82\xb7 Graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience. \xef\x82\xb7 At least Five (5) years of experience delivering scalable enterprise systems in computer and networking technology preferably in a telecommunication environment. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven record of accomplishment in systems integration with experience in software development and infrastructure design for large scale distributed systems and applications. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven hands-on experience as a full stack developer. \xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of object oriented programming. \xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge in Micro service architecture and APIs. \xef\x82\xb7 Advanced knowledge of .Net framework and C#. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational and project management skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber. \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency with server-side languages such as .Net, Python and Java \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent verbal communication skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Good problem-solving skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Attention to detail. \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation is desirable. \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence is an asset. \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of the business process management tools is an asset. (ex: Camunda) \xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of data store systems: Elasticsearch MySQL \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge on Virtualization and Containerization is desirable. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in agile environment is desirable. \xef\x82\xb7 Good communications skills (written, oral) is required.
