Job Description
### Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust frontend interfaces using React.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux.
• Develop server-side rendering (SSR) solutions with Next.js.
• Optimize performance for high-traffic applications.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and conduct system-level testing.
• Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js, with a strong understanding of frameworks like NestJS for building modular and maintainable applications.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Secondary Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features, architectural decisions and system designs.
