About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Full Stack Product Marketer to join our marketing team. As a key player in driving the growth and success of our SaaS or tech product, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital channels. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, community engagement, email marketing, content marketing, and growth marketing to build a strong online presence, engage with customers, and drive product adoption.   • Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated product marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our SaaS/tech products.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead all aspects of digital marketing efforts, including SEM, paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media, to maximize product visibility and drive traffic.
  • Content Marketing: Plan, create, and distribute high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, etc.) across various platforms to engage potential customers and support lead generation.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase user adoption, and drive product usage and retention. Optimize email flows based on performance data.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture online communities around our product to foster brand loyalty, engagement, and advocacy. Actively engage with users through social media, forums, and other online channels.
  • Growth Marketing: Identify growth opportunities through data-driven marketing strategies. Use A/B testing, analytics, and customer insights to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and create go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.
  • Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content creation.
  • Strong experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) and the ability to create impactful email campaigns.
  • Expertise in building and nurturing online communities across social media platforms, forums, or other digital spaces.
  • In-depth knowledge of growth marketing techniques, including conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Solid understanding of analytics and tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to assess campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with a strong ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred: Experience with SaaS/tech product launch campaigns, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution.
