Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in the Legacy/Oracle ERP system area. Collaborate with various lab sections to uphold international standards (ISO 9001) and enhance lab productivity through innovative, cost-effective, and user-friendly solutions.

Major Accountabilities

Capture requirements, prepare DRN, conduct feasibility, and outline project plans and resource requirements.

Design, develop ERP system modules using .NET, Oracle, SQL queries. Test, review, and verify code & design.

Integrate and interface with live ERP systems seamlessly.

Validate new ERP system product designs through alpha and beta testing.

Prepare comprehensive documentation for user-friendly solutions.

Debug post-delivery failures, gather user feedback, and create closure reports.

Conduct internal audits, ensuring adherence to plans and maintaining accreditation scope.

Enhance skills (MSI) through self-improvement, training, and serving as a Faculty for .NET, Oracle, SQL topics.

Key Performance Indicators (Max char limit 500):

Turnaround Time (TAT) for each process.

CLIP (Critical to Launch in Production) success in projects.

Number of post-delivery failures.

User/customer satisfaction index (CSI).

Internal audit TAT for any NC (external/internal) closure.

MSI (Meaningful Service Interaction).

Received Training hours.

Number of training sessions imparted.

Job Dimensions:

Number of staff managed: 0

Financial responsibility: Direct costs related to R&D, repair, spares.

Impact on the organization: Direct influence on productivity, quality, and testing/calibration processes in the lab.

Ideal Candidate:

Education: Bachelor's degree in electronics, computer science, information technology, or BCA/MCA.

Experience: 5 years

Other Requirements:

• Hands-on development and troubleshooting experience.
• Programming skills in .NET, Oracle, SQL queries.
• Familiarity with software configuration management tools.
• Ability to read schematics and data sheets.
• Strong documentation and writing skills.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
