• What you\'ll be doing:
• \xc2\xb7 Work closely with designers and researchers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
• \xc2\xb7 Developing and Maintaining Applications: Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React JS, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and efficient.
• \xc2\xb7 Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
• \xc2\xb7 Implementing Best Practices: Adhere to and advocate for coding best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, to ensure high-quality code and maintainability.
• \xc2\xb7 Optimizing Performance: Analyze and optimize application performance, addressing any bottlenecks or issues to provide a smooth user experience.
• \xc2\xb7 Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in GenAI, frontend & backend technologies, continuously improving your skills and sharing knowledge with the team.
• \xc2\xb7 Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our

part in an Agile (Scrum or Kanban) team and maintaining the product backlog together with the Product Owner and the Engineering Manager.What are we looking for?: \xc2\xb7

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks. Backend exposure in using Java /Python. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux), RESTful APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Entry level use of prompt engineering, RAGs, writing AI agents etc.\xc2\xb7

• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently and as part of a team.

• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. \xc2\xb7

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences. \xc2\xb7
