Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Odoo ERP & CRM Specialist) Location: Remote (Must be available during UK working hours: 9 AM 6 PM GMT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Odoo Community Edition to build, optimize, and customize a highly scalable ERP & CRM system. The ideal candidate must have strong backend and frontend development skills, with a focus on performance, security, API development, and seamless WooCommerce integration. This role will involve white-labeling Odoo Community Edition to align with our brand identity while ensuring that the system is optimized for speed, security, and seamless in-house/cloud hosting. Key Responsibilities: Odoo Community Edition Development & Customization:

• Develop, customize, and white-label Odoo Community Edition to meet business needs.
• Optimize Odoo modules for Inventory Management, AI-driven Fulfillment, Retro Calculation, Warehouse Management, Order Processing, POS, Accounting, and CRM.
• Design and implement highly responsive UI with a seamless UX for both web and mobile users.
• Ensure clean, optimized, and scalable code that enhances performance and security.
• Develop multi-tenant solutions to support future white-labeling.

Full Stack Development:

• Backend: Python (Odoo Framework), PostgreSQL, REST API, GraphQL.
• Frontend: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React.js/Vue.js for custom dashboards and enhanced UI.
• Database Optimization: Efficient indexing, caching, and query optimization for large datasets.
• Implement AI-powered fulfillment and retro calculation algorithms for efficient inventory & order management.

WooCommerce Integration & API Development:

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to connect Odoo ERP & CRM with our WooCommerce store.
• Ensure real-time synchronization of products, inventory, orders, and customer data.
• Build API solutions for third-party integrations (payment gateways, shipping carriers, analytics).

Hosting, Security & Performance Optimization:

• Implement scalable hosting solutions for both in-house servers and cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, or private cloud infrastructure).
• Enhance data security, encryption, and GDPR compliance.
• Optimize system speed, caching (Redis, Varnish), and load balancing to handle high traffic.
• Set up disaster recovery solutions, automated backups, and failover mechanisms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years in Odoo Community Edition development with Full Stack expertise.
• Technical Skills:
• Backend: Python (Odoo Framework), PostgreSQL, REST API, GraphQL.
• Frontend: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js/Vue.js.
• Database: PostgreSQL, data indexing, query optimization.
• Security: Encryption, data protection, firewall management, GDPR compliance.
• Hosting: Experience with on-premise servers and cloud hosting solutions.
• Optimization: Strong knowledge of performance tuning, caching mechanisms, and load balancing.
• E-commerce API Integration: Experience in WooCommerce API & third-party tool integration.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience in white-labeling and multi-tenant Odoo solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes) for Odoo deployment.
• Familiarity with AI-based automation tools for smart inventory and order fulfillment.

Working Hours:

• Remote (UK Time Zone): Monday Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM GMT
