Currently, we are developing two products for the Indian Air Force under the iDEX DISC scheme of the Ministry of Defence through iDEX-DIO, having won the open challenge.

Job Title: Front End Developer ( React, and Node.js)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front End Developer with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in MongoDB, React, and Node.js to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React for front-end and Node.js for back-end development.
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and back-end logic to support web and mobile applications.
• Build and manage databases using MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimization for speed, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with Back end Developer & product managers to create seamless user experiences.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code that adheres to best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in MongoDB, React, and Node.js.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React for front-end development, including hooks and state management.
• Experience with RESTful APIs development and integration.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitLab).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web applications.
