As a Full Stack Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications. You will work closely with the development team to build high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient full-stack web applications.
• Design and implement front-end features using React.js, JSP, Bootstrap, CSS, and other frameworks.
• Build and optimize back-end solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and maintainability of applications.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience : 3-5 years of proven experience in full-stack development.
• Front-End Expertise : React.js, JSP, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5.
• Back-End Expertise : Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, ORM frameworks.
• Database Management : Knowledge of relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Frameworks and Tools : Proficiency in modern frameworks and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
