JD for Full stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, React Native, Next.js, and MySQL or any other SQL database. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications.

Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

Design and implement server-side logic using Node.js.

Develop and maintain databases (MySQL or any SQL database) to support applications.

Implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, testing, and debugging.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them accordingly.

Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality software.

Write and maintain unit tests for code reliability.

Collaborate with QA to ensure the quality of the developed features.

Debug and resolve issues reported by QA or end-users.

Follow coding best practices, coding standards, and participate in code reviews.

Maintain high-quality documentation for both code and project-related information.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Proactively learn new tools and technologies as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Node.js, React Native, Next.js and React.js.

Strong experience with MySQL or any other SQL database.

Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

Knowledge of version control systems (Git).

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
