Full Stack Developer should work on multiple platforms. In addition to designing software, web applications, and windows services, hands on expertise on database. Developer should also train junior resources / support teammates and processes required to deliver new software or upgrade existing products and make progress reports to senior management.

Primary Responsibilities:• Develop, manage and prepare best software.
• Prepare lifecycle for different projects inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, documentation, testing along with delivery to product management.
• Supervise architecture plus lead efforts to develop technical roadmap of all projects.
• Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high-quality software.
• Develop relations with existing and prospective internal customers to interpret all individual requirements.
• Manage and execute software development projects from beginning to finish.
• Collaborate effectively with project team members as well as hold regular team meetings



Qualifications :• Bachelor's / master's degree in computer technology or similar field; associate's degree with previous experience may also be acceptable
• Should have excellent communication & interpersonal Skills
• Should be a good team player & ready to shoulder additional responsibility



Additional Qualifications :• Experienced with multiple databases - MS SQL, MySQL
• Good at estimations, planning, risks and mitigations management
• Good at Microsoft technical skills (sample: . Net, .Net Core, C#, React JS, Angular JS, full-stack experience)
• Hands-on development experience for 4 to 6 years
• Projects having Modernization, migration tasks/activities
