We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer

Current Location: Kerala

Location: Kerala (Remote)

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Notice Period: 30 Days

Language: Malayalam, English

Budget: 7LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic , ensuring high performance and responsiveness using Node.js.
• Frontend Development: Create and optimize user-facing components and interfaces with React.js , ensuring a responsive and seamless user experience.
• Database Management: Design efficient database schemas, write complex queries , and optimize for scalability and security using MySQL .
• Integration and API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.
• Code Quality and Testing: Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests to maintain high code quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to meet project requirements and enhance user experience.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify issues, bottlenecks, and bugs, and develop solutions to resolve them.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for the codebase, architecture, and development processes.
• Mandatory Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing work with Node.js, MySQL, and React.js.
• Technical Skills
• Backend: Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and asynchronous programming.
• Frontend: Expertise in React.js (including state management, hooks, and component lifecycle).
• Database: Strong experience with MySQL, relational database design, and query optimization .
• Web Development: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• APIs: Experienced in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
• Testing: Knowledge of automated testing tools like Jest or Mocha is a plus.
• Preferred Skills
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment processes.
• NoSQL: Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a bonus.
• Soft Skills
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
