What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build optimized front-end components with React.js and Next.js that deliver a seamless user experience.
• Implement and manage robust server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database operations with MongoDB .
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance to exceed user expectations.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enrich functionality and user interaction.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, including version control ( Git ) and automated testing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

What We're Looking For Technical Expertise:

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong command of React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and MongoDB .
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and advanced front-end frameworks.
• Proficiency in state management tools like Redux or Context API .
• Solid experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs .
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure .

• Proven ability to lead front-end and back-end teams , fostering collaboration and driving results.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions.

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
