Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications. You will work with a diverse team to deliver high-quality software that aligns with our product vision. You will be working primarily with ReactJS, Laravel, and MySQL to build robust, user-friendly solutions. Basic knowledge of Python is a plus, but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-End Development: Develop and maintain user-facing features using ReactJS to create dynamic, responsive, and high-performing web applications.

Back-End Development: Design and implement server-side logic and services using Laravel and MySQL to ensure smooth data integration and efficient application performance.

Database Management: Design, develop, and manage relational databases using MySQL. Perform database queries, optimization, and ensure data consistency and integrity.

Collaborative Development: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Version Control: Utilize GitHub or Bitbucket for version control to collaborate with the development team effectively.

Code Quality and Documentation: Write clean, maintainable code with strong documentation and follow best practices.

Troubleshooting and Optimization: Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize both front-end and back-end applications to ensure high performance and reliability.

Continuous Learning: Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in the ReactJS, Laravel, and MySQL ecosystems.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

Strong proficiency in ReactJS (must)

Extensive experience with Laravel (must)

Solid understanding of MySQL (must)

Familiarity with GitHub or Bitbucket version control systems

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Bonus Skills (Optional):

Basic knowledge of Python (nice to have, but not required)

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern web technologies

Experience with Docker, AWS, or other cloud technologies is a plus
