Job Overview:

RSquareSoft Technologies is looking for a dynamic Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React, Python, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end web applications with scalable and secure architectures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative software solutions that align with our clients' evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development: Build responsive and interactive web interfaces using React.js and modern UI/UX practices. Back-End Development: Design and implement robust APIs and backend services using Node.js and Python frameworks like Django or Flask. Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance functionality. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, QA, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality features. Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with proper documentation. Testing: Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability. Performance Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across both frontend and backend.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in React.js for front-end development. Solid experience with Python (Django/Flask) and Node.js for backend development. Good understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Must be available to join within 30 days.
