Job Description

Position: Full stack Developer
Experience: 2-3Years
Salary: 20k to 25k

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
• Design, implement, and maintain APIs to support various applications.
• Oversee hosting and deployment of applications, ensuring reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2-3 years) as a software engineer with a focus on backend development and API integration.
• Strong understanding of hosting and deployment practices.
• Experience in leading and handling software development teams.
• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
• Experience with Flutter for mobile application development.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
