The company innovated Csmart Synapse, a SaaS BSS Platform that helps develop advanced digital ecosystems for collaboration and innovative solution delivery in the telecommunications industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fullstack Developer at Covalensedigital in Bengaluru. The Fullstack Developer will be responsible for both back-end and front-end web development tasks, software development, and utilizing Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications with Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features and user experiences.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Continuously stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our tech stack remains modern and competitive.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot) for backend development.
• Solid knowledge of React.js for building modern, dynamic web applications.
• Experience working with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API in React.
• Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, or other token-based systems.
• Version control experience (Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Agile development experience, working in Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?427,218.41 - ?1,586,306.79 per year
