Job Role: Full Stack DeveloperJob Location: Remote:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in developing and maintaining web-based applications, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using a variety of technologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field.- Minimum of three years of professional experience in web development.- Proficiency in Wordpress and Laravel PHP.- Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS, Vue, and Bootstrap.- Expertise in back-end development with Node.JS and MongoDB.- Familiarity with open source PHP packages and Elasticsearch.- Experience with build tools like Babel.- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS- Familiarity with Amazon Aurora Serverless for database management- Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate updates and desired outcomes in a succinct manner to a variety of audiences.- Ability to prioritize, self-initiate, and create momentum, even with partial guidance or information.Preferred Skills:- Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks and libraries.- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- Background in real estate technology or similar industries.ABOUT ISHIRISHIR is a digital innovation and enterprise AI services provider.
